Mercy seeks an UKG Integration Developer/Lead to design and implement integrations between UKG’s suite (Pro, Dimensions) and other enterprise systems. You will map data, configure modules, and test prototypes while ensuring security and data integrity.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree plus extensive experience, strong SDLC and project management skills, and proven vendor relationship abilities. On-site in the St. Louis area with Mercy’s comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Twelve (12) years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Experience with UKG integrations (UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions) and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and enable IT solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop functional specifications, data mapping, and configuration tables; perform testing and prototyping.
• Lead or participate in system integrations, security setup, data migration, and reconciliation; support lifecycle activities.
