Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Senior Associate in UKG to lead UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) implementation workstreams across Pro, Ready, and Dimensions, driving successful delivery and seamless integration.

You will develop standards, mentor teams, and ensure adherence to governance while maintaining a client-focused mindset. A minimum of three years in UKG consulting, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and UKG certifications are required to excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in UKG consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field.
• Certifications and proven expertise in UKG modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, analytics).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel; eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
