Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced UKG Integration Developer/Lead to shape business scope, map data, and configure systems. You will lead integrations across HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping platforms, translating requirements into functional specifications and test plans.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in technical or business analysis, strong SDLC knowledge, and superb communication to manage complex vendor and partner relationships. Onsite at the MTS office in Sunset Hills, MO is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• Extensive experience (12+ years) in technical or business analysis.
• Experience designing and implementing system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define business scope and objectives from research and requirements.
• Perform functional analysis, data mapping, and configuration testing.
• Lead integrations between HRIS/payroll systems using Boomi.
• Develop functional specifications, data interface design, and documentation.
• Ensure security/authorization setup and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
