Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking a Manager, UKG to lead project teams in UKG product implementations, including UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions, across client engagements in the United States. You will deliver process improvement projects within Workforce Management systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, develop high-quality work products, and uphold professionalism and integrity throughout engagements.

This role also requires travel and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant UKG consulting experience.
• Proficiency and certifications in UKG modules like Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed and work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver process improvement and transformation projects within Workforce Management systems using UKG solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve complex operational issues through technology-enabled solutions and analytics.
• Develop high-quality work products such as reports, briefings, and risk logs, demonstrating strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment.
