Job summary

Improv is seeking a UKG HCM Integrations Specialist Contractor to design, build, and maintain integrations between UKG Pro HCM and third-party systems. You will ensure secure, reliable data flow across HR, payroll, benefits, and finance integrations and collaborate with client stakeholders to align with business needs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HRIS integration, strong API skills, SQL knowledge, and experience with middleware tools like Boomi or Workato. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS integration, preferably with UKG Pro HCM or a comparable HCM platform.
• Proficiency in API development, XML, JSON, and middleware tools (Boomi, Workato, or similar).
• Experience with SQL queries and data mapping across HR, payroll, and benefits data sets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot integration issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
• Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
