Job summary

PMY Group is seeking an Associate Principal to lead Broadcast Systems, including cabling, video production, and LED/scoreboard design for large venues. You will own standards, staffing, and delivery across three specialty areas while representing PMY with clients and architects at a senior level.

The role requires deep technical leadership, experience managing a broadcast discipline, and the ability to travel as needed. PMY emphasizes flexible hours and remote work opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across broadcast cabling, sports video production, and LED/scoreboard design.
• Proven experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of CSI documentation standards and architectural project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the Broadcast Systems discipline end to end and ensure standards.
• Staff projects by assigning the right people across groups.
• Set standards, methodology, and training for the discipline.
• Sign off on broadcast work product before submission.
• Lead complex broadcast projects and drive business development for the discipline.
