Job summary

PMY Group seeks a Consultant/Senior Consultant in Audio Systems to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of complex sound and AV systems across a range of project types. This client-facing role requires independent management from concept to completion, acting as a technical advisor to clients, architects, and project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have deep electro-acoustic design expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years designing and delivering large scale electro-acoustic systems.
• Experience leading client meetings and coordinating with architects and engineers.
• CTS-D certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and coordination of sound and AV systems to meet project requirements and client expectations
• Prepare system power requirements, configurations, and technical calculations
• Develop comprehensive system design packages including floor plans, section drawings, and technical specifications
• Independently manage assigned projects and drive completion with minimal oversight
• Lead client meetings and presentations related to audio-visual scope
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners and other design consultants to align objectives
