Job summary

PMY Group seeks an Associate to own and advance the broadcast cabling concept within our Broadcast Systems practice, consulting across the full range of broadcast systems for educational, sports, and entertainment facilities. This role focuses on cabling concepts, standards, and best practices, serving as a go-to resource across PMY.

You will work with venue owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and PMY's specialists to tailor cabling infrastructure and broadcast solutions to each venue’s

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in broadcast cabling, sports video production, LED/scoreboard systems, or related field.
Experience in stadiums/arenas or large venues is preferred.
Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Procore is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the broadcast cabling concept, standards, and design approach for each project.
Lead cabling design on assigned projects, including schedules and routing.
Coach junior staff and provide day-to-day mentorship.
Produce and check construction drawings, specifications, and signal-flow diagrams.
