Jobot, a plaintiffs personal injury firm serving clients across Texas, seeks an experienced attorney for a hybrid role in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of PI litigation experience and will handle cases from intake to resolution with a passion for client service.

You will represent clients in all stages of personal injury matters, including depositions, mediations, and trial preparation, while maintaining high ethical standards and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed in Texas and in good standing.
• 1 year of experience as a practicing attorney in personal injury litigation.
• Proven track record in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Manage a heavy caseload of personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
• Conduct comprehensive case evaluations to assess merits of claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and file with court.
• Perform discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court and advocate for their rights and interests.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
• Maintain clear and complete documentation for all cases.
• Stay current on developments in personal injury law to provide effective service.
• Collaborate with legal team to develop effective case handling strategies.
