The ideal candidate will hold a JD from an accredited law school, be licensed in Texas, and excel in client communication, case management, and collaboration with paralegals and fellow attorneys.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed in Texas and in good standing.
• 8+ years of experience in personal injury law, focusing on high-value motor vehicle accidents.
• Proven first-chair trial experience is required.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a range of cases, with a focus on motor vehicle accidents.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests with meticulous attention to detail.
• Negotiate settlements, including mediations and arbitrations when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and professional ethics at all times.
• Oversee case management, billing, and client communications in collaboration with paralegals and other attorneys.
• Conduct thorough case investigations to determine cause, liability, and damages.
