The ideal candidate has a J.D. from an accredited law school, a Texas bar license, strong writing and courtroom skills, and a collaborative approach to case management and strategy.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license.
• 3-7 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Experience with trucking, transportation, construction, general liability, or personal injury defense.
• Strong legal writing and motion practice skills.
• Excellent communication and case management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files and depositions.
• Draft motions and participate in hearings.
• Assist in mediations and client communications.
• Collaborate with senior litigators on case strategy.
