Qualifikationen

• Licensed in Texas and in good standing.
• At least 1 year of experience as a practicing attorney, specifically in personal injury litigation.
• Proven track record of success in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex issues.

Aufgaben

• Managing a heavy caseload of personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
• Conducting comprehensive case evaluations to assess the merits of claims.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and filing them with the court.
• Performing discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
