Job summary

Koltiv is seeking an Accounting Associate II to support financial operations with accuracy and compliance. You will manage assigned accounting activities, maintain financial record integrity, and apply sound judgment to resolve routine issues with limited supervision and clear communication with internal and external partners.

Key areas include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, monthly reconciliations, and leased equipment reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably MSP/tech environment.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and routine accounting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: entry, statements review, ticket processing, payments, reporting.
• Monthly Reconciliations: bank, COGS, shipping, freight, credit card statements; 3rd party reconciliations.
