Job summary

ITAC Solutions seeks a detail-oriented reconciliation specialist to join a well-established financial services team. You will dig into complex accounting discrepancies, trace root causes, and partner across departments to resolve items, keeping books audit-ready and operations running smoothly.

You’ll analyze large data sets in Excel, leverage ERP systems, and document remediation efforts while supporting continuous improvements in controls and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Strong ERP experience and familiarity with financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Research outstanding reconciling items impacting balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyze financial data and supporting documentation to identify discrepancies
• Investigate accounting issues and pinpoint root causes
• Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate resolution
• Monitor remediation efforts through completion
• Maintain audit-ready documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls
