The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager to support the Nurse Manager in leading a team of care providers and to ensure patient-centered care across a designated area. The ANM assists in planning, directing, and evaluating daily nursing operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration, coaching, and accountability, with a focus on quality, safety, and cost-conscious care in a complex hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required; Master's is preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience in a patient care setting.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and related responsibilities.
• Maintain current Ohio RN license and meet ongoing educational/health requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assist with planning, organization, direction and evaluation of patient care operations on a 24-hour basis.
• Support Nurse Manager in coaching, guiding, and evaluating the work performance of patient care staff.
• Collaborate with other patient care departments/areas related to patient care operations and services.
