The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks an Associate Nurse Manager to assist in planning, directing, and evaluating patient care operations in a designated area on a 24-hour basis. The ANM supports the Nurse Manager, coaches staff, and helps foster a collaborative, high-quality care environment.

Under the Nurse Manager, you will lead a team of care providers, promote a healthy work environment, and partner with other departments to ensure evidence-based, patient-centered outcomes

Qualifikationen

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience required; four to eight years preferred.
• Experience in an acute care setting required.

• Assist in planning, organization, direction and evaluation of patient care operations for a designated area on a 24-hour basis.
• Assist in managing, guiding, coaching, and evaluating the work performance of patient care staff in a designated area.
• Collaborate with other patient care departments/areas related to patient care operations and services.
• Support the Nurse Manager in promoting a healthy work environment and fostering collaboration, enthusiasm, and mutual respect.
