Responsibilities

• Support the execution of U.S. Banks Non-Financial Risk programs, including metrics reporting and governance oversight.
• Coordinate development and monitoring of Annual Operational Risk and Compliance plans.
• Evaluate effectiveness of metrics and risk programs and improve governance reporting processes.
• Coordinate governance activities across risk committees, working groups, and forums.
• Facilitate ad hoc analyses and projects related to Non-Financial Risk governance and transformation efforts.
