Job summary

The MOHR Enterprises LLC is seeking an Associate National Recruiter to run end-to-end national searches from our onsite Miami, FL location near MIA. This role is recruiting-only, focused on high-volume execution, structured support, and building candidate pipelines that move efficiently through the hiring process.

You will source, screen, and submit candidates, maintain strong candidate communication, and use Bullhorn, LinkedIn, and job boards to support rapid placements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, sales, customer-facing, or other high-activity roles.
• Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
• High level of organization and proactive follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Support national searches by sourcing and engaging candidates across industries and professional skill sets.
• Build and maintain pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Run phone and video screens to assess skills, motivation, availability, and compensation alignment.
• Submit qualified candidates and move them through the process, including scheduling, preparation, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Maintain strong candidate communication and a high-quality candidate experience with consistent handoffs.
• Keep ATS documentation accurate and up to date in Bullhorn, including notes, status changes, submittals, and interview tracking.
• Partner with senior recruiters and account managers to prioritize open roles and stay on hiring timelines.
• Develop expertise in candidate control, pipeline management, and high-volume recruiting best practices.

This is a recruiting-only role focused on high-volume execution, structured support, and building candidate pipelines that move efficiently through the hiring process.

Salary: USD 45,000 - 55,000 per year

What You’ll Do

• Support national searches by sourcing and engaging candidates across industries and professional skill sets
• Build and maintain pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Run phone and video screens to assess skills, motivation, availability, and compensation alignment

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, sales, customer-facing, or other high-activity roles
• Strong communication and candidate engagement skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
• High organization and proactive follow-through, without needing reminders to complete updates
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple searches underway
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or ATS tools (Bullhorn is a plus)
