• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and licensure progression.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient individual and family therapy with diverse clients.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans for clients.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and administrative staff.
