Lightheart Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Marriage and Family Therapist to join a collaborative clinical team dedicated to improving access to behavioral health care. You will work with families and couples, provide therapy, and participate in supervision to support licensure progress.

The role emphasizes culturally sensitive practice, comprehensive treatment planning, and a multidisciplinary approach within a supportive environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient therapy to children, couples, and families.
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and insurance forms.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.
