Helen of Troy is seeking an Associate Media Manager for the Wellness portfolio (PUR, Braun, Vicks, Honeywell) in Marlborough/Boston. Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite weekly.

You will support paid media strategy, optimize campaigns, and collaborate across Brand Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Analytics teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in digital media, strong analytics, and experience with retail media (Amazon).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of digital media, performance marketing, or media planning experience.
• Experience with retail media, especially Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect, preferred.
• Experience collaborating with agencies and external partners.
• Cross‑functional collaboration with Brand, eCommerce, Sales, Creative, Regulatory teams.
• Proficiency in digital media planning and execution (paid social, search, display, retail).
• Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.

Responsabilités

• Support development and execution of full‑funnel paid media campaigns across digital, social, search, and retail channels.
• Translate brand and business goals into actionable media plans and calendars.
• Collaborate with media agency to ensure activation excellence and timely delivery of campaigns.
• Monitor performance KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate) and optimize tactics.
• Provide insightful reporting with clear recommendations for internal teams.
