Responsibilities

• Support customer-facing communications related to product lifecycle activities, including product changes, discontinuations, replacement products, and quality notifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate, customer-focused communications and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Create, review, and refine technical and marketing content, including white papers, case studies, technical articles, customer success stories, and thought leadership materials.
• Support broader marketing initiatives by leveraging technical expertise and customer insights to enhance Danfoss' brand awareness, industry leadership, and market engagement.
