The role requires SolidWorks design experience or the ability to learn, familiarity with ERP systems, a Bachelor's in engineering, and 1–3 years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in an Engineering Discipline is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting a manufacturing company.
• SolidWorks design experience, or aptitude to learn is required.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project management for new part implementation.
• Create Part Numbers, BOMs, and Router creation within ERP.
• Print creation (SolidWorks) from established specifications.
• Update label databases as needed.
• Coordinate validation activities with process specialists.
• Documentation peer review.
• Manage customer-requested engineering changes.
• Review changes for manufacturability and cost impacts.
• Redline creation and submission.
• Print updates as changes occur.
• Change approval management and post-change review.
• Troubleshooting equipment such as heat shrink and label printers.
• Write purchased part specification documents.
• Work instruction creation and maintenance.
• Process standardization and continuous improvement.
