Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Technology, Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in clinical or healthcare IT.
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams or mentoring.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Preferred experience in account management or customer success.
• Experience with Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs health systems.

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Manager, ProAssure Services (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead and develop a team focused on service delivery and customer support within a healthcare technology environment. The Associate Manager will partner cross-functionally to drive consistent processes, strengthen customer relationships, and support strategic healthcare clients. This position also blends team leadership with hands‑on systems administration and operational coordination to ensure smooth execution and strong service outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $102,600 – $171,000 annually
