Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and manage AI-driven workflows and content operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end content lifecycle across TM, Screening, and EDD, including intake, creation, review, publishing, and change communication.
• Lead a small team of 2-3 contractors, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery with quality.
• Drive program management for TM, track work, resolve blockers, and report progress to leadership.
• Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to scale content production and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with Engineering, L&D, Operations, and Compliance teams to align content and processes.
• Shape AI strategy for content, identifying automation opportunities and driving adoption.
