Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Compliance Agent Experience product area. You will own the AML/financial crime investigation tooling, drive an automation-first roadmap, and guide a distributed team across North America and India.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Data Science/ML, Compliance, and Operations to improve investigation quality, cycle time, and regulatory compliance. You will influence strategic direction, set measurable outcomes, and deliver secure, scalable

Qualifications

10+ years in Product Management with global scale experience.
5+ years launching fintech or similarly complex products.
5+ years leading and developing PM teams.
Proven ability to translate bold ideas into measurable features with impact.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder alignment.
Experience driving AI-powered customer support solutions and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

Own all facets of the Compliance CX Agent Experience product area from vision to delivery.
Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for investigation experiences.
Drive automation-first and AI-assisted workflows with human-in-the-loop controls.
Understand investigator workflows to maximize automation and reduce handle time.
Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science/ML, Compliance, and Ops to deliver integrated tooling.
Establish success metrics and instrumentation for Compliance tooling (cycle time, AHT, escalations).
Address security, privacy, risk, and regulator-ready reporting requirements.
Lead build-vs-buy and vendor evaluations for investigation enablement.
Communicate strategy and progress to executives and cross-functional teams.
Mentor a globally distributed product group with high standards for quality.
