• Assist with client development strategy and lead community outreach in the market.
• Execute talent strategy including recruitment, coaching, feedback, and ongoing development.
• Manage store processes, inventory control, and shrink prevention to maintain productivity standards.
• Promote use of new technologies and selling channels to drive business and alternative ways to shop.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent a plus; retail management or similar high-volume specialty experience preferred.
• Proven track record of success building relationships with customers and teams; strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate register, and lift up to 30 lbs; perform physical store duties.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
