Requirements

• Retail management or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts, and to travel as required.
• Ability to stand, move, and walk for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• College degree or equivalent is a plus.
