The Brobston Group is seeking an Associate Manager in Atlantic City to support the General Manager in strategic planning and execution to drive profitable store performance.

You will lead operational excellence, talent development, customer experience, and uphold brand standards while working flexibly to cover days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail management or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and deliver a customer-focused experience.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
