• Identify and engage biotechnology, BioPharma, MedTech, and Life Sciences prospects across the United States
• Generate qualified leads through targeted outreach and market research
• Conduct initial discovery discussions and understand client requirements
• Position CRM, CXM, omnichannel, patient support, digital product, UX/UI, data, and analytics solutions
• Coordinate client meetings, proposals, and follow-ups with senior sales and solution teams
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and support opportunity progression
