Job summary

ZS is a leading management consulting and technology firm focused on improving life sciences outcomes. A hybrid role in the US requires strong client-facing skills and expertise in Patient Support Services and Cell & Gene Therapy with Salesforce Health Cloud.

The Consultant will own functional workstreams, lead workshops, design scalable data models, and coordinate UAT, data migration, and reporting while partnering with global clients and teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant consulting or techno-functional delivery experience.
• Experience in Patient Support Services implementations and life sciences workflows.
• Deep understanding of Cell & Gene Therapy and advanced therapy support models.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Life Sciences Cloud.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive client conversations.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and manage functional workstreams across Patient Support Services and Cell & Gene therapy programs.
• Lead requirements discovery workshops with client stakeholders.
• Own functional solution design for Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud.
• Coordinate UAT planning, defect resolution, data migration, integrations and reporting.
• Support business development through proposals and RFP responses.
• Mentor junior team members and lead multi‑vendor delivery teams.
• Travel to global offices as required.
