Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine in North Carolina is seeking a licensed clinician to join a multidisciplinary team delivering assessments and ongoing medication management.

You will participate in new-hire orientation, maintain timely health records in our EHR, and collaborate with therapists and prescribers to optimize patient outcomes. The role offers flexible full-time schedules with hybrid work options and a supportive practice culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in the state (LCSW-A or LCMHC-A preferred)
• Master’s degree required in Counseling, MFT, or Social Work
• Demonstrated ability to use EHR and care delivery software
• Strong understanding of mental illness theories and treatment modalities
• Ability to conceptualize placement criteria within continuum of care

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Ability to work collaborative within a team of providers

• Appropriately refer patients internally for medication management, psychotherapy, and other needed treatment modalities

Qualifications

• Associate license to practice in the state of care delivery
• Accepted licenses: LCSW-A, LCMHC-A
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family therapy, and Social work.
• Ability to utilize the EHR and other software for care delivery
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of a variety of models and theories of mental illness & related issues.
• nderstanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and ability to conceptualize modalities and placement criteria within the continuum of care
