Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine in Charlotte, NC seeks a licensed clinician to join a multidisciplinary team. You will deliver assessments and ongoing medication management within an interdisciplinary model to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical license to practice in the state of care delivery (e.g., LCSW-A, LCMHC-A).

Responsibilities

• Ability to work collaborative within a team of providers

• Appropriately refer patients internally for medication management, psychotherapy, and other needed treatment modalities

Qualifications

• Associate license to practice in the state of care delivery
• Accepted licenses: LCSW-A, LCMHC-A
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family therapy, and Social work.
• Ability to utilize the EHR and other software for care delivery
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of a variety of models and theories of mental illness & related issues.
• nderstanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and ability to conceptualize modalities and placement criteria within the continuum of care
