Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine is a clinician-led practice with decades of combined behavioral health experience and a network of southeast clinics. We offer outpatient care with a flexible full-time schedule and hybrid work options to support clinician balance and patient access.

Providers collaborate in an interdisciplinary team to ensure integrated therapy and medication management. This role emphasizes evidence-based practice, strong documentation, and meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Must hold an associate license to practice in the state of care delivery.
• Licensed or eligible: LCSW-A, LCMHC-A
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family therapy, and Social work.
• Ability to utilize the EHR and other software for care delivery.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Understanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and continuum of care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of providers.
• Participate in new-hire orientation.
• Maintain timely health records in our EHR.
• Deliver psychotherapy services per standard of care.
• Refer patients internally for medication management and other treatments.

Responsibilities
