Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine seeks a clinician to join our multidisciplinary team in North Carolina. You will provide assessments and ongoing medication management as part of an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active license to practice in the state of North Carolina (LCSW-A or LCMHC-A).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work.
• Ability to use the EHR and care delivery software.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team of providers.
• Participate in new-hire orientation.
• Maintain timely health records within our EHR.
• Practice standard of care for psychotherapy services.
• Refer patients internally for medication management, psychotherapy, and other treatments.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of a variety of models and theories of mental illness & related issues.
• nderstanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and ability to conceptualize modalities and placement criteria within the continuum of care
