Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client care.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Social Work.
• Active licensure: LCSW-A or LPC-A; associate license to practice in the state of care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of providers to deliver care.
• Maintain timely health records within the EHR.
• Deliver psychotherapy services following standard of care.
• Refer patients internally for medication management and other treatments.
• Adhere to continuum of care principles and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Associate license to practice in the state of care delivery
• Accepted licenses: LCSW-A, LPC-A
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family therapy, and Social work.
• Ability to utilize the EHR and other software for care delivery
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of a variety of models and theories of mental illness & related issues.
• Understanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and ability to conceptualize modalities and placement criteria within the continuum of care
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
