Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine seeks clinicians to join a team with extensive behavioral health expertise across the Southeast. The clinic emphasizes access, interdisciplinary care, and a provider-first culture with flexible full-time schedules, outpatient settings, and hybrid options.

Providers deliver assessments and ongoing medication management within an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. A robust benefits package includes CME allowances and malpractice tail coverage for clinicians.

Qualifications

• Associate license to practice in the state of care delivery.
• Licensed: LCSW-A or LCMHC-A.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work.
• Ability to use EHR and care delivery software.
• Understanding models/theories of mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively within a team of providers.
• Participate in new-hire orientation.
• Maintain timely health records in the EHR.
• Deliver psychotherapy services per standard of care.
• Refer patients internally for medication management and psychotherapy.
