Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine is seeking clinicians to join a multi-disciplinary team delivering assessments and ongoing medication management across the southeast. The practice offers flexible full-time schedules, with outpatient care, and options for remote or hybrid work to support work-life balance.

Clinicians collaborate with a diverse team to provide psychotherapy and medication management, leveraging EHR systems and evidence-based approaches to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of a variety of models and theories of mental illness & related issues.
• Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities.
• Ability to utilize the EHR and other software for care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work collaborative within a team of providers
• Participate in new-hire orientation
• Maintain timely health records within our EHR
• Practice standard of care for the delivery of psychotherapy services
• Appropriately refer patients internally for medication management, psychotherapy, and other needed treatment modalities

• Associate license to practice in the state of care delivery
• Accepted licenses: LCSW-A, LCMHC-A
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family therapy, and Social work.
• Ability to utilize the EHR and other software for care delivery
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of a variety of models and theories of mental illness & related issues.
• nderstanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and ability to conceptualize modalities and placement criteria within the continuum of care
