Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking an Associate SIU Investigator to analyze and prioritize information to uncover potentially fraudulent activity in insurance claims. You will support investigations and interact with partners across claim, legal and underwriting teams.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree related to criminal justice or actuarial sciences, plus experience with data gathering and visualization tools, and familiarity with AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Learn foundational investigative skills for insurance investigations with a focus on fraudulent activity.

• Maintain strong customer service with partners, customers and external resources throughout investigations.
• Serve as a liaison on fraud to business and industry partners.
• Learn rules of evidence, evidence collection and interpretation.
