Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant insurance designation preferred.
• Early-career experience within wholesale insurance or related environment.
• Experience progression toward independent production and deal ownership.

Responsibilities

• Assist with submission strategy, carrier placement, and preparation of submissions and quotes.
• Support marketing and brokering activities by identifying appropriate coverage solutions through accessible markets.
• Negotiate coverage terms with carriers, including pricing, structures, and policy provisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agents, clients, and market partners while serving as a secondary point of contact.
• Support production goals by promoting new and renewal business and contributing to growth initiatives.
• Manage assigned accounts or portions of accounts, including monitoring for compliance with company policies and procedures.
