Job summary

Webflow is seeking a Director of Product Management for Infrastructure & Developer Productivity. You will lead platform strategy that powers how Webflow engineers build, test, deploy, observe, and operate software at scale.

In this remote-first role across the United States and Canada, you will partner with engineering leaders to shape roadmaps, improve velocity, and advance reliability. You will guide a lean, technically savvy PM team while collaborating across Security, Data, and Finance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or relevant experience.
• Deep technical fluency with complex infrastructure and developer platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms, container orchestration, CI/CD, and observability.
• Ability to translate infrastructure work into clear business outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders to set roadmaps and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy across Infrastructure, Reliability, and Developer Productivity.
• Partner with engineering leadership to set technical roadmaps and priorities.
• Advance AI-first engineering by improving tooling and workflows.
• Connect internal infrastructure with customer-facing services and enterprise scale.
• Strengthen reliability with appropriate metrics, processes, and rhythms.
• Lead a lean PM team with hands-on strategy, tradeoffs, and execution.
