Job summary

Dexian in the United States is seeking an entry to mid-level operations associate to perform routine tasks, plan and coordinate production activities, and ensure efficient workflow in line with internal SLAs. You will monitor systems, collect logs, and assist in process improvements.

Senior responsibilities include mentoring junior associates and coordinating small workstreams as needed; you will collaborate with internal customers to forecast volumes and help maintain compliance and audit

Qualifications

• Develop operational standards from production trends and performance levels.
• May help develop software tracking database as needed.

Entry to Mid level experience

Consults with internal customers to plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to provide an efficient workflow that adheres to internal and external SLA requirements. May aid in monitoring and reporting performance of client SLAs. Uses complex models to develop operational capacity and monitors workflow to achieve optimal scheduling of work across the production process. Forecasts volumes based on prior history and client projections. Assists in developing operational standards based on production trends and performance levels. May help develop software tracking database as needed.
