Job summary

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communications, and partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of assigned projects including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop, maintain, and present comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and status updates to project sponsors and leadership.
• Coordinate project resources, staffing, vendor relationships, procurement activities, and issue resolution.
• Monitor project performance and recommend schedule, budget, or resource adjustments as needed.
• Direct cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality, reliability, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Provide regular communication and reporting to stakeholders regarding project risks, milestones, and overall progress.
