Job summary

Dexian is seeking a detail-oriented data entry professional to process tax-harvesting requests and perform quality checks. The role requires accuracy, strong communication, and proficiency with Access, Excel, and Zendesk.

You will handle high-volume data entry, resolve discrepancies with internal partners, and contribute to quality initiatives while documenting work for productivity metrics. This is a full-time role supporting ongoing projects and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail are required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with multiple systems/tools (Access, Excel, Zendesk) is expected.
