Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Collegiate lacrosse playing and coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach with planning and execution of daily practices and practice plans.
• Provide on-field instruction and skill development to student-athletes.
• Assist with film breakdown, opponent scouting, and game plan development.
• Support game-day operations, including personnel management and substitutions.
• Assist with recruitment and evaluation of prospective student-athletes.
• Build relationships with prospective student-athletes, families, and high school/club coaches.
• Plan and execute recruiting events and campus visits.
• Support academic, personal, and athletic development; contribute to team culture.
• Maintain compliance with NCAA, GNAC, and Regis College policies.
