Responsibilities

Develop a program of athlete recruitment commensurate with Regis College and NCAA DIII.
Plan, organize, and coordinate practices, training sessions, and competition strategies.
Determine policies for team selection, athlete participation, and team conduct.
Coordinate schedules, facility usage, and program budgets.
Monitor academic progress of student-athletes and provide support to promote degree completion.
Manage equipment inventory and program expenses.
Develop fundraising initiatives and alumni engagement.
Organize community service and civic engagement activities.
Recruit and supervise assistant coaches, interns, and staff.
Coordinate team travel, lodging, meals, and transportation for away events.
