Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Appropriate certifications in First Aid/CPR and AED are required within an appropriate time of hire.
• Acquire and maintain a current Certified Pool Operator’s License.

Responsibilities

• Head Coach- Swimming & Diving: develop athlete recruitment aligned with NCAA Division III goals.
• Plan/practice and meet plans for intercollegiate competition; manage team budgets and schedules.
• Monitor student-athlete academic progress and provide guidance for degree completion.
• Develop and implement fundraising programs to offset non-budgeted expenses and travel.
• Aquatics Director: oversee pool operations, maintenance, budget, safety, staffing, and facility programming.
• Hire/train lifeguards; coordinate payroll and certifications.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and Regis College rules.
