Responsibilities

  • Develop a program of athlete recruitment commensurate with Regis College goals and NCAA Division III standards.
  • Plan and coordinate practice and game plans for intercollegiate competition.
  • Determine policies for team selection and athlete participation.
  • Manage team budget, equipment, travel, and fundraising programs.
  • Monitor academic progress of student-athletes and provide guidance for degree completion.
  • Supervise assistant coaches/interns and support staff.
