Job summary

Manhattanville University is seeking a Head Coach for Men’s Lacrosse on the Manhattanville Campus. The role manages day-to-day operations, recruiting, practice planning, scheduling, fundraising, and budget oversight, reporting to the Associate VP for Athletics & Recreation.

Emphasis on academic monitoring and community relations is essential. The candidate will supervise coaching staff, maintain NCAA/compliance standards, and lead student-athletes to athletic and academic success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Intercollegiate coaching and playing experience.
• Collegiate-level recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of lacrosse program operations.
• Recruit prospective student-athletes and manage travel.
• Plan practices and coaching during games.
• Coordinate fundraising and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA policies and conference rules.
• Monitor student-athlete academic progress.
