Job summary

IU Health is seeking a part-time Concierge Associate for weekends only at North Hospital. You will greet guests, provide directions, and answer questions to ensure a positive patient experience.

This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and a high school diploma. Prior concierge or healthcare customer service is preferred to help support patients and visitors in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
